Standard Shipping for all flea products is FREE by UPS Ground. Standard Shipping for all other products is $5.00 by UPS GROUND. Orders over $24.99 are shipped free by the default method noted above. Customers with PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses, as well as those residing in Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will receive their orders via USPS Priority Mail.USPS Express Mail: Orders arrive in 1-2 days after processing, $25.00 for all orders including those over $24.99. Heavier packages over 2 lbs may be higher. We will contact you for any increase in the published shipping fee prior to processing. Be sure to give us a daytime phone number. Orders must be placed before 12:00pm Central Time M-F to ship the same day. Those placed over a weekend, holiday or after 12:00pm will ship the next business day.UPS Next Business Day Air Saver: Orders arrive by the end of the day after processing, $40.00 for all orders including those over $24.99. Heavier packages may be higher. We will contact you for any increase in the published shipping fee prior to processing. Be sure to give us a daytime phone number. Those placed over a weekend, holiday or after 12:00pm will ship the next business day.Orders for pet food will have an additional $12.50 handling fee applied in addition to normal shipping charges, including orders over $24.99 that are shipping free of charge by the default method. Please allow up to 7 additional days of shipping time for pet food. Pet food will be shipped to destinations within the continental US only. Please provide a physical address; we cannot ship pet food to a PO Box.Crates will have an additional $7.00 handling fee applied in addition to normal shipping charges, including orders over $24.99 that are shipping free of charge by the default method. Please allow up to 7 additional days of shipping time for crates. Crates will be shipped to destinations within the continental US only. Please provide a physical address; we cannot ship crates to a PO Box.Prescription drug orders ship directly from our pharmacy, separately from the rest of your order and may require 1-4 additional days after shipping to arrive. If paying by check, add additional time for the check to clear. Delivery time is also dependent on if and when your veterinarian approves your prescription request. You will usually receive your order sooner if you mail us a prescription rather than have us fax a request to your veterinarian.We will normally process and ship your order to you within 24 hours of receipt unless placed over a weekend or holiday. Orders recieved after 12:00pm Central Time will be processed and shipped the next business day in most cases. Mak'n Tracks is a Green CompanyYou may have wondered why your order arrives in a plain, brown box or even a box with printing not related to Mak'n Tracks. That's because whenever possible, we send your order in reused, recycled shipping containers or containers purchased from other company's box overruns. We also reuse/recycle packing materials and pack your order with as little packing material as possible to get your order safely to you. We feel this is a "greener" way to send our customers their products and hope you agree. |
