We also reuse/recycle packing materials and pack your order with as little material as possible to get your order safely to you. We feel this is a "greener" way to send our customers their products and contain costs. We hope you agree. |
| Making A Purchase Simply browse our online catalog, www.makntracks.com, select the item(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection(s), click the "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept credit and debit cards (debit cards must display either a Mastercard or Visa logo), PayPal, PayPal e-checks, money orders and checks (no checks by phone or out of country checks, please). When paying by check, please allow an additional 7-14 business days for processing. If you are shopping from outside the United States, your credit card company will convert the transaction from your own currency to USD. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Sorry, absolutely no foreign checks will be accepted. |
| Shipping And Handling Standard Shipping for all flea products is FREE by UPS Ground. Standard Shipping for all other products is $5.00 by UPS GROUND. Orders over $24.99 are shipped free by the default method noted above. Customers with PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses, as well as those residing in Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will receive their orders via USPS Priority Mail. A UPS Time in Transit Map may be viewed by clicking on the Shipping Info & UPS Map link.USPS Express Mail: Orders arrive in 1-2 days after processing, $25.00 for all orders including those over $24.99. Pet food will be shipped to destinations within the continental US only. | Delivery Schedule We will normally process and ship your order to you within 24 hours of receipt unless placed over a weekend or holiday. Orders recieved after 12:00pm Central Time will be processed and shipped the next business day in most cases. Please allow 2-7 business days after processing for your order to arrive plus up to 7 additional days for orders containing pet food and/or crates. When paying by check, add additional time for the check to clear.Prescription drug orders ship directly from our pharmacy, separately from the rest of your order and may require 1-4 additional days after shipping to arrive. Delivery time is also dependent on if and when your veterinarian approves your prescription request. You will usually receive your order sooner if you mail us a prescription rather than have us fax a request to your veterinarian. When paying by check, add additional time for the check to clear. |
| Back Orders If your item(s) is not in stock, we will back order for you and ship as soon as it becomes available. Orders containing multiple items may therefore arrive in multiple shipments. You may always cancel a backordered product if you wish. |
